We are new to the RV world and also new to blogging. We picked up our new Casita 17 foot Spirit Deluxe on 20 October and are looking forward to many adventures. We live in rural western Oregon on a 20 acre hilltop that was reforested by us in the late 80's. Since we are both fairly recently retired we want to get back to exploring the Northwest and beyond in our little Casita.
Our Casita adventures remain on hold. We missed our window to head to the Oregon coast this past week during several days of sunny weather—sunny, but chilly. We had obligations here at home that kept us from hitting the road. Now it is snowing!! We are hoping for a couple of inches tonight. It sure is good to be retired and home when dicey driving weather happens.
